Body by Denise is an intense, yet fun-filled, group fitness class for men
and women eighteen years and older regardless of size, shape, or ability.
This class offers a 20-30 minute muscle conditioning warm-up, followed by a
60-90 minute low impact, high energy house hip-hop aerobic dance class.
The steps are geared to work every major muscle group in the body with
simple, yet funky moves that will keep your body, mind and spirit energized
throughout the entire routine. It is definitely challenging from the beginning
to the end, but not impossible, if you pace yourself.
This class is designed to give a well-rounded workout to the community
with the same flavor as a health club. This two hour workout will give your
body everything that is needed for muscle strengthening, aerobic conditioning,
stamina, and most importantly weight loss.
